The Tropic Sun, originally built as a research vessel, has been converted to a small passenger ship in 1994
Accommodation: The Tropic Sun carries 48 passengers in 24 occupancy cabins: 8 with twin size beds which can be put together to form a king size bed; 8 with one queen size bed; and 8 triple cabins with one queen size bed and one additional twin size bed.
All cabins are outside, have private bathrooms with showers, 3x4ft picture windows and are air conditioned.
