Cruising the archipelago is a
wonderful treat, a new perspective on Mother Nature and a valuable
lesson on how animals and humans can share a space without fearing
each other.
Day 1: Arrive in Quito
After clearing customs and immigration, proceed to the reception
area, where our guide will be holding a board with your name on it.
You will be greeted with a “Bienvenidos a Ecuador” and immediately
transferred to your hotel located in the heart of the city.
Overnight.
Day 2: Quito: Colonial art at its best
Free morning to start exploring the city on your own. In the
afternoon our guide will pick you up at your hotel and escort you on
a comprehensive visit of Quito. First we will take a brief stop to
admire the Parliament Building and its facade where a fabulous stone
mural depicts the history of Ecuador.
The old quarter is a rich mixture of architectural
styles and decorative arts that transports visitors back to the time
of the colonies.

to the cathedral and two of the best representatives of Baroque art
in the Americas: La Compañia Church and the Monastery of San
Francisco. At the end of the tour we will drive up to the Panecillo
Hill for a spectacular view of the city. This tour may be shared
